Health, Education, and Empowerment

Founded in 2009, ULV has been dedicated to addressing and correcting unfair treatment within healthcare and various other systems that affect the Latinx community. Our organization collaborates closely with a wide range of partners and stakeholders to develop and implement improved policies and innovative solutions. These efforts are specifically aimed at supporting undocumented immigrants and their children who are living in poverty in Contra Costa County, ensuring they receive the fair treatment and resources they deserve.
