Vote-by-mail ballot mailed to all registered voters in Contra Costa County
October 21, 2026:
Voter Registration Deadline via online or go to the Elections Office to register (for anyone who has moved, you must register again), or go on Election Day to an election site/polling place to register and vote.
October 27, 2026:
Last Day to Request Vote by Mail Ballot
November 3 Election sites are open, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(The last day to turn in your mail-in ballot or go to an election site/polling place to drop off your ballot on the day of the election).
In Contra Costa County, Latinos contributed $11.2 billion in spending power and paid
$3.6 billion in federal taxes, according to a 2021 New American Economy report.
But only 10% of Latinos voted in the 2024 primary.
